Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Miller County records still depend on the office that holds the file. Superior, State, and Juvenile court records route through the Clerk of Superior Court. Probate and Magistrate matters use Room 110 at the courthouse. Sheriff, jail, warrant execution, and booking records must be requested from the Sheriff's Department. General county administrative records go to the County Manager or County Clerk, not the court clerk.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right Miller County office, but the document has to come from that office.
